Available Position for a Director of Clinical Services

Dobson Healthcare Services. Inc. is one of the leading private duty home care agencies in the state of Michigan. We are seeking a compassionate, qualified RN candidate who can lead our Clinical Team in assuring we provide continuity of care to our clients. Our diverse services are offered in to more than 44 counties in Michigan with clients ranging from pediatrics through geriatrics needing basic care needs to specialty nursing services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall delivery of clinical care provided by all Dobson caregivers and managers
• Manage and oversee Nurse Care Coordinators
• Work cohesively with all departments to ensure Dobson’s vision is being accomplished
• Manage  and Direct Dobson’s QA/QI program, work with teams to provide continuous improvement plans and follow-through
• Assist in developing and maintaining referral and payer source relationships

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Licensed Registered Nurse. Must have bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Health Administration, or other related fields
• At least 3 years experience working in and managing a clinical team of a Private Duty Home Care Agency
• Have current working knowledge & experience in accreditation standards from CHAP/Joint Commission/CARF
• Be willing to relocate or be based on out of Bay City, Michigan corporate location.
• Must be willing and flexible to travel throughout Dobson’s branches and service areas
• Must have current direct patient care experience
• Must be willing to assume rotating on-call responsibilities
• Must be willing to provide direct patient care as back up to field staff if needed
