Available Position for Field/On-Call Caregiver Unlicensed

Dobson Healthcare Services. Inc. is one of the leading private duty home care agencies in the state of Michigan. We are seeking a Full-Time, Salaried Field/On-Call Caregiver Unlicensed to support client/caregiver operations within our coverage area. This position requires 40 hours of work per week conducting a combination of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: hourly shift coverage, on-call back up coverage, care conferences, in-servicing, new client start ups, CPR/First Aide course instruction (if applicable), holiday and weekend shift coverage, and office meetings, etc.

Benefits:

1.       Full-Time, Corporate position with base salary $19,760.00 per year

2.       Full Benefit Package, BCBS after 90 day introductory period completed

Requirements:

1.       Must have a high school diploma and at least 18 years of age

2.       Must have at least 1 year of acute direct patient care experience within the past 3 years

• Previous home care and hospice experience preferred

3.       Must work 40 hours per week, combination of responsibilities

4.       Must be able to provide care on all shifts: morning, afternoon, or night shifts

5.       Must be flexible and willing to travel with reliable transportation

6.       Must possess strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills

7.       Must have and maintain required credentials

• i.e. Drivers license, Auto Insurance, CPR, First Aid, TB
