How is the Level of Care Determined?

We personally meet with you and any interested family members in your home to discuss your needs in advance of providing the caregiver. The level of care and schedule of service will depend upon your needs and preferences.

What are the Costs?

Caregiver costs vary according to many factors. Billing rate determinants include, but are not limited to, the following:

The quantity of services, hourly or visits, which are ordered by the payer sources. A wide range of services are available. Clients can choose from 2 hour visits to 24 hour / day service.

The type of care provider needed to provide care to the client.

2. Unlicensed Home Health Aides or Certified Aides

The acuity level of care needed to meet the clients needs to assure that patients can remain safely in their own home setting

Care for more than one client residing together, using services simultaneously

Use of the caregiver's auto for the benefit of the client
