Dobson offers every person the opportunity to stay in their own home.

Our array of services range from full-time, skilled nursing to occasional assistance with household tasks or errands. Dobson Home Care & Staffing Services is committed to providing the highest level of care, no matter how large or small the task may be.

Personal Care Services

You may just need a hand every now and then with housekeeping or going to your doctor appointment, while others may need daily assistance. Either way. Dobson will be there for you. With the help of Dobson’s home health aides and CENAs, 100s of individuals are able to stay home without needing to transfer to a facility.

Caregivers are supervised by Dobson Healthcare’s RN Nurse Care Coordinators who provide support for all clients and caregivers in the home. Our Nurse Care Coordinators are available 24 hours a day allowing clients and caregivers the ability to report client updates as they arise. The following Personal Care Services are available:

Personal care services are available to anyone who needs extra assistance. Please note, if you or a family member is not paying for the services directly, you may require approval from your insurance company or other payer sources prior to starting services Dobson.

Private Duty Nursing Services

The foundation of Dobson’s care has always been to provide quality acute care to our clients in their homes.  This philosophy started with our first client in 1988 and continues today. Our specialty services provides highly trained registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, paramedics, and high-tech home health aides for our clients 24 hours a day.   Nurses are available to oversee the care of tracheostomies, ventilators, feeding tubes, provide quadriplegic care, and traumatic brain injury care for clients of all ages.

Clients with acute care needs  may use the following services through Dobson Healthcare:

Facility Staffing

Dobson Healthcare’s staff is available for either long term or short term staffing options for facilities throughout the state of Michigan.  Our staff is licensed to provide care to clients in facilities when a facility may have a shortage of specific staff they are requiring.  We can provide staff to you ranging from CENA care in a nursing care facility up to RN client care on the ICU floors of our local hospitals.
